Hours/Salary:35 hours per week, and a salary of either £18,058.00 p.a. or £23,312.00 p.a. dependent on appropriate skills, qualifications and experience.

Purpose: The primary purpose of this post is to take forward the development and delivery of group and school based interventions targeted at vulnerable and marginalised young people up to the age of 25 involved in alcohol use/misuse across Tayside. The post holder will be expected to work alongside the Children and Young Person’s team in the Angus area and will be able to draw on the resources of the team.
The post holder will be required to work collaboratively with schools and other agencies to plan, develop and deliver this work. The postholder will be able to work with a significant degree of autonomy and will be managed and supported through support and supervision. Work based training will be provided according to identified need.
You will have experience of working with challenging and vulnerable young people individually and in groups. Consideration will be given to applicants with a lesser range of skills, qualifications and experience which will be reflected in the starting salary. A full current driving licence is required for this post.
