The CJA scheme recognises the effort of practitioners across the criminal and community justice sectors in Tayside and awards or commendations may be made to workers in private, public or voluntary sector bodies delivering criminal or community justice services to offenders, victims, or the public, and to those who have benefited from those services.

Mark Harris, Operations Manager at the TCA said “‘This is great news to be recognised by the TCJA.

“TCA, the Mentoring team and Danni our Peer Mentor are very pleased and honoured to be Commended this year.

“It means a lot that our mentoring service is recognised as an effective approach to assist offenders to move away from a life of crime and contribute positively to the Tayside Community.”
