Keeping track of your drinking or substance use
Sometimes it is hard to know how much we are consuming and when we start thinking about the impact on our health and the cost, we can realise that we may need to look at reduction. It can be helpful to keep track of the amount of alcohol and/or substances that you are taking as this can contribute to finding the motivation to cut down.
I found the group so helpful from the minute I walked in. It was comforting meeting people in similar situations, especially those who had already turned their lives around.
